ADMISSIONS AND WITHDRAWALS
Admission
- While seeking fresh Admission, parents should produce Transfer Certificate from the school where the child last studied, duly signed by the competent authority. Application for admission into any class should be accompanied by Original Birth Certificate and a Medical Certificate certified by a Registered Medical Practitioner and Birth Certificate, Community Certificate, Income ertificate, Family Card (Ration Card), Aadhaar Card and Five Passport size photos.
- A child seeking admission to Class I should have completed 5 years and 6
months of age on 31st March. The age for admission to other classes shall be
reckoned accordingly. Relaxation in age is not permitted.
- This school will admit pupils from all recognized schools, Central / State on
production of T.C. duly certified by competent officer of the Education Department. However in Std IX ,this school will admit only pupils from Central and Schools on production of T.Cs. Pupils are admitted on the basis of the Scheme of school based assessment/Aptitude test.
- Candidates seeking admission to class XI should have the following criteria:- Passed an equivalent examination conducted by any other recognized Board of Secondary Education/Indian University and recognized by CBSE as equivalent to its Secondary School Examination.
Steps for Confirmation of Admission
- Management norms are followed for scrutinizing the submitted documents by the Admission Committee and the child/student will be called for Oral interaction session (for KG) or Written Test (for Grade I to IX).
- An interaction of parents with the Principal.
- Admission to the child is confirmed after successful completion of the above mentioned stages.
- Admission will be confirmed only after payment of fees.
Note:
a) In case due fees and other charges are not paid as per schedule, the admission will stand as cancelled and the school will have the right to allot the seat to next child.
b) Furnishing of incorrect information will result in cancellation of registration.
c) Birth Certificate shall be verified with the respective local bodies and if any discrepancy is found the admission will be cancelled.
